Compulsory vacations law to be enforced on couples to have more sex in Japan

The Japanese government wants to encourage married couples to go on more compulsory vacations - so they can have more sex. 

However, there's a good explanation behind this. Japan is witnessing a low population growth. They Govt. says they are suffering from acute baby shortage. 

Only about 1million children were born in Japan in 2014, the lowest statistic on record for the country. Japan's health ministry also mentioned that about 1,269,000 people deaths were recorded in 2014, signalling a natural population decline of 268,000. So basically now, Japan has more people who died than were born. 

The country says its declining population is really affecting their economy & wants to do something about it.

The government has confirmed that couples are too busy hustling they don't have sex. So Japan's Parliament is now deliberating a compulsory vacation for couples so they can have more sex and make more babies.
