Pres. Jonathan and his wife Patience pictured at their polling unit in Otuoke, Bayelsa state earlier today. President Jonathan after several attempts was finally accredited following the failure of the card reader. The INEC officer tried reading President Jonathan's PVC but it failed after which Patience Jonathan's PVC was tried with no positive outcome earlier before. However, this has been resolved.
